Richard F. Jacobs
Mr. Jacobs joined the Firm in 1980 and became a partner in 1981. He maintains an extensive practice in state and federal court, primarily in the areas of toxic tort and environmental litigation and products liability; defense of major insurance carriers in environmental coverage litigation; he represents a major international testing laboratory and also Fortune 100 companies in litigation on a statewide basis. He is an experienced speaker on toxic tort issues to legal organizations.
