Richard F. Jacobs
Mr. Jacobs joined the Firm in 1980 and became a partner in 1981. He maintains an extensive practice in state and federal court, primarily in the areas of toxic tort and environmental litigation and products liability; defense of major insurance carriers in environmental coverage litigation; he represents a major international testing laboratory and also Fortune 100 companies in litigation on a statewide basis. He is an experienced speaker on toxic tort issues to legal organizations. He is currently liaison counsel, coordinating the activities of numerous defense lawyers to effectively manage litigation costs and quality of representation in complex environmental litigation.
