Ms. Basinger primarily practices insurance defense, including the defense of lawyers, doctors accountants, architects, and engineers in professional malpractice litigation; general tort litigation; ERISA disability litigation; representation of property owners associations; representation of clients in matters before American Arbitration Association; workers compensation defense practice; and representation of elevator , escalator and other product manufacturers in products liability cases.
