John C. Wilson

Mr. Wilson practices general civil litigation, personal injury, products liability, professional and medical malpractice, DTPA, chemical exposure, multi-party litigation, construction, and bond and surety litigation, and also serves as a mediator and arbitrator. In the last decade, Mr. Wilson has served as lead counsel in the defense of numerous health care malpractice claims in the areas of medicine, nursing, chiropractic and dentistry as well as malpractice claims in the areas of law, accounting, construction, archetecture and engineering. In addition, Mr. Wilson has worked on a substantial number of opinion analyses regarding coverage issues under professional liability policies.
